The apartment is in a hotel. It is a fine place on a dirt road with many street dogs barking, but for the price it would have been just fine. Except that the internet didn’t work. Apparently it’s been a problem since the conflict started. If you require internet for anything (work, YouTube, email, etc) give this one a pass.
